Symptoms

Problem :

Forms(Webstart) + SSL enabled in OHS + Not Clearing Java Cache (in client machine) --> Warning is seen and click Continue , forms runtime works
Customer does not want to see the invalid certificate warning.

Warning:

The connection to this website is untrusted

Note: The certificate is not valid and cannot be used to verify the identity of this website

------------

The certificate used to identify the website is not trusted. The reasons are listed below:

Proceed at your own risk

The Certificate Authority that issued this certificate is not trusted.

Forms is configured for https and a signed certificate is installed on OHS.

The certificate is valid. All certs are imported in jre client .

Running forms over https with jpi doesn't raise the warning
Running forms over https as standalone FSAL doesn't raise the warning
Running forms over https with java webstart gives a certificate invalid warning

https://servername:<ssl port> --> Displays OHS home page securely in https.

Workaround:
==========
1. Forms(Webstart) + SSL enabled in OHS +  Clearing Java Cache (all the time in client machine each time forms URL is executed) --> Certificate invalid Warning is never seen

2. Forms (without webstart) + SSL enabled in OHS +  Clear or Not Clearing Java Cache ---> Certificate invalid Warning is never seen
