Running Forms and Reports Installer Fails with the Error "Permission denied" (Doc ID 2877590.1)

When trying to run Forms and Reports 12.2.1.4 installer using the command:

./fmw_12.2.1.4.0_fr_linux64.bin

it fails with the below errors:
