SAML 2.0-Based Single Sign-On Stops Working in WebCenter Portal After Restarting the WebCenter Portal Managed Server.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the changes to be persistent.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

How to Update the WebCenter Portal Cookie-path For SAML 2.0-Based Single Sign-On (Doc ID 2823400.1)
Do not restart the portal managed server(s).
- Update the authentication type of the WebCenter Portal to CLIENT-CERT in the webcenter web.xml file per the following document:

Do not restart the portal managed server(s).
- Test that the changes work in WebCenter Portal.
User should be able to login using SAML2 authentication.
- Restart the WebCenter Portal managed server.
The changes done in the deployment plan are lost.
