Invalid database package ODS.MANAGEHIQ if running RCU after applying one of the following OID BPs and using the old 12c DB Client:

Patch 34947852 - OID BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.221222

Patch 34001647 - OID BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.220325

Patch 33115009 - OID BUNDLE PATCH 12.2.1.4.210714

This issue does not occur when using the 19c DB Client which contains the fix for this issue.
