Error After WCS Patching Activities: "Command resulted in: JPS-04602: Cannot log policy management event to the audit service." (Doc ID 2878489.1)

Symptoms

- Installed patch 33975762. But when starting WCS server, got below error.

   weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.logging.log4j.core.lookup.ConfigurationStrSubstitutor

- So uninstalled patch 33975762 and tried starting WCS server. Now got below error due to which WCS login is not working.

 "java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to access credential store. Please ensure that credential access permissions are given."

- Tried running grant_opss_permission script, but got below error.

  "Command resulted in: JPS-04602: Cannot log policy management event to the audit service."
