ODI Running in Windows Administrator Mode Does Not Access Mapped Network Drives (Doc ID 2878547.1)

Symptoms

Having Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) installed on Windows operating system, and implementing a flow that processes files from a Network Drive:

//MYDRIVE         mapped as, for example, Z:\

The following error is received whenever executing the flow, using ODI Studio or an Agent running on the above Windows server:

The file however exists, and can be accessed from the Windows File Explorer.
The Windows User having started the ODI process also has full access to the file (view, edit, delete).
