Capture Workspace Cannot Import Emails with >4MB PDF Attachments using IMAP (Doc ID 2878906.1)

Capture is not able to import files larger than 4MB and taking forever to process them. It creates a new batch for these large emails every few minutes with a new batch name and timestamp. It started beginning of this year and seems to be happening with only one workspace of 3. The workspace is setup to save the actual emails and also save the attachments in TIFF format. It seems to be getting stuck at the step of saving the email while processing the large emails. Smaller batches are getting processed correctly.
