EDQ Decimal Precision While Exporting Csv File or when Using the Convert Number to String Processor (Doc ID 2879055.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ), when trying to export address data via CSV export, or when using the Convert Number to String processor, the results get truncated to 3 decimals and subsequently lose the accuracy

Example 1 - exporting to CSV file:
 The number in staged data is 0.00026 after export it is 0.002


Example 2 - the process is converting a number to a string:
Where the input is 0.027, the output is 0.027
Where the input is 0.00167, the output is 0.002
