Symptoms
Customer had, SOA Bundle Patch - SOA Bundle Patch 12.2.1.3.0(ID:191208.1658.0113) and One off patch 31068999.
While applying April bundle patch SOA Bundle Patch 12.2.1.3.220316 (33970489), it failed with following error:
