After Upgrade to WLS 12.2.1.4 Second Managed Server Does Not Start When Another Managed Server is Running (Doc ID 2879898.1)

Symptoms

On upgrade to WebLogic Server 12.2.1.4, second managed server in cluster is hanging on start-up with no errors in server log or standard output file.

The first managed server always starts and comes to Running state. Second managed server hangs. If the first server is shutdown, second managed server comes to Running state immediately.
 

Changes

 Upgrade from WLS 12.1.3 to WLS 12.2.1.4 version
