Goal
When a particular cluster member experiences a hang due to Full GC etc., the number of packets retransmitted to that member is sometimes few, and sometimes more. The questions are why the numbers are so different for the members/processes in the cluster. How to determine the number of packets retransmitted in resend-milliseconds intervals.
