No Schema Data Shown in Data Dictionary Import Wizard When Connecting to Postgresql 13.4 (Doc ID 2880251.1)

Symptoms

SQL Developer Data Modeler 21.4.* can't work with Postgresql DB 13.4 via Data Dictionary Import Wizard. 

1. Go to “Tools”-> “Preferences” -> “Third Party JDBC Drivers” and add Postgresql JDBC driver"postgresql-42.3.6.jar"
2. Go to “File”->”Import” -> “Data Dictionary”
3. “Add” a new DB connection with Postgresql JDBC url

The database connection test is successful. However, no schema data is shown(blank page) on "The select Schema/Database" page after adding a connection.

The issue occurred only on SQL Developer 21.4* release. No issue on SQL Developer 21.2.* or prior version.

Changes

 Configured Postgresql DB 13.4 for the SQL Developer Data Modeler 21.4.*.
