Symptoms
Using the below command when trying to import a certificate.
keytool -import -v -alias {keystorealias} -file {KEYSTOREPATH}\keystore\{keystorecertname}.cer -keystore
Seeing the below error:
keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Failed to establish chain from reply
