Java.lang.NumberFormatException: For Input String: "119.878" (Doc ID 2880512.1)

Symptoms

When opening a page in an ADF application, the logs show an ADF FACES error which says:

ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #1[[

    at java.lang.NumberFormatException.forInputString(NumberFormatException.java:65)
    at java.lang.Integer.parseInt(Integer.java:580)

    at oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.bi.renderkit.common.RichDVTRenderer.getComponentDimensions(RichDVTRenderer.java:1198)
    at oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.bi.renderkit.common.RichToolkitRenderer.encodeClientProperties(RichToolkitRenderer.java:324)
    at oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.bi.renderkit.common.RichToolkitRenderer.encodeAll(RichToolkitRenderer.java:169)
    at oracle.adfinternal.view.faces.bi.renderkit.gauge.AbstractGaugeRenderer.encodeAll(AbstractGaugeRenderer.java:86)
    at oracle.adf.view.rich.render.RichRenderer.encodeAll(RichRenderer.java:1963)

This appears to be related to the Gauge Meter component because the issue is only seen in pages that include this component and there is also a reference to that component in the stack trace.
