Symptoms

While importing an APEX app using SQLCL via Liquibase:


Get the following error:
2022-06-22 15:12:01.112 SEVERE liquibase.parser cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'runInTrans' is not allowed to appear in element 'changeSet'.
cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'runInTrans' is not allowed to appear in element 'changeSet'.

Using the following versions:
SQLCL v22.2.0.168.1004 (yum install)
Liquibase v4.9.1 #0 built at 2022-05-03 17:23+2221 Extension Version 22.2.0.0
