Symptoms
Using WebCenter Enterprise Capture (WEC) 12.2.1.4.0 on a Windows server, there is email polling enabled, which works fine if using the standard IMAP email server. However, after attempting to change to Exchange Authentication (OAuth), when adding an email account with existing credentials, the below error occurs:
