Horizontal Scroll Bar from Task Flow based on SQL Data Source and Data Visualization Keeps Flickering.
Issue started after applying the the April 2021 Bundle Patches.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a Task Flow using SQL Data Sources and Data Visualizations.
   e.g., you can use the example from this note:
    
   Tutorial: Presenting Information from the Database in WebCenter Portal 12c using SQL Data Sources and Data Visualizations (Doc ID 2274722.1)
    
    
2. Drop the task flow to a page.
    
3. Run a query on the table and ensure results show an horizontal scroll bar.
   Here you will see the scroll bar is flickering.
