Scrollbar Disappears In Firefox 101 in Windows 11 (Doc ID 2881391.1)

Symptoms

An application is developed using JDeveloper 12.2.1.4.0. This application has a page with a table with multiple columns, so it requires an horizontal scrollbar.
When the application is rendered in Chrome or Edge, it shows properly.
However, when the page is rendered in Firefox, the horizontal scrollbar is shown initially but later it disappears.

This was reproduced using Firefox 101.0.1 (64 bit)) and only happens in Windows 11, not in Windows 10.

It is a severe problem with tables with a great number of columns, as users will not reach all the data.
