Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Workflow Service Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------
You are having an issue with some emails not going out to recipients. You have checked with your mail administrator and the emails are not reaching the outgoing smtp server and therefore there is no log.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All mails should be delivered to the address
