Symptoms

1.Create a domain(include Adminserver & ManagedServer)
2.Startup the whole domain
3.Log in admin console
4. (This is a sample)

In WLS Console go to Environments->Servers-> osb_server1 -> eis -> FTP -> SFTPHGAdapter (I created this SFTP Adapter previously and FTPAdapter is targeted to osb_server1)

It will appear the following error in the console:
