Symptoms

When attempting to run a batch job from Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) using the Siebel connector, the following error is encountered:


Connections to the database is successful when the following methods are used:

 

Changes

 On EDQ 12.2.1.4.0, applied the EDQ 12.2.1.4.2 (patch# 33604362) using OPatch followed by the January 2022 SPU security update (patch# 33764554) using OPatch.
