Delay in Batch Jobs Completion

Symptoms
Initially, after the upgrade from Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) 12.2.1.3 to 12.2.1.4.2 batch jobs ran fine (around 5 hours each), but now seeing a delay in Batch jobs completion taking around 9 to 10 hours. In addition, servers need to be restarted on a regular basis (daily), as jobs appear to be getting "hung" at some point.
The following are run nightly:
- Customer Data Preparation
- Download Watchlist data
- Analyze customer Data Quality
- Batch Screening
- real-time Screening
The process "Analyze customer Data Quality" - should complete in 20 mins, but now taking 2 and half hours.
"Batch Screening" job took 9 and half hours.
