ORDS is configured to use ICAP server as per official documentation.

APEX application is configured to upload files to Database.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

When an attempt is made to upload an virus infected file, the upload should not be allowed.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The infected file is uploaded.

The following error could be seen in catalina logs:

No changes.
