After Changing System Timezone to EDT, Account Distribution Created Date/Time Still Shows UTC (Doc ID 2883662.1)

Symptoms

Server was changed to use EST timezone in .bash_profile.  Afterwards, the server was restarted.  However, when images moves from Verifier to AD, it shows UTC date and time rather than EDT. How can this be resolved?

Changes

Server timezones were changed from UTC to EDT.
