Goal

HOST header not being passed in Business service to backend web server

Host header is manipulated in the pipeline and send it as a header to the backend web server so the traffic hits the correct web server.

OSB is not sending the host header to the backend web server, this used to work in OSB 12.1.3 but stopped working when upgraded to 12.2.1.4
