Symptoms

When moving managed servers from Windows 2012 R2 to Windows 2019 the existing sessions are lost.

The sessions need to be replicated to the new systems.

Assuming 3 managed servers, ms1, ms2 and ms3.

The ms1 server is shutdown and replaced while sessions continue to function.

The ms2 server is shutdown and it seems most sessions are then on ms3.

After ms3 is shutdown most of the sessions are lost.
