How is it possible to set the OUD ads-certificate for replication?
Starting with 12c version 220.127.116.11.210406 and detailed in Updates in April 2021 Documentation Refresh for 12c Release 18.104.22.168.0 the "ads-keystore.PIN" file no longer exists in the OUD config path for the ads certificate database.

Without the ads certificate pin information it is impossible to 'set' a certificate for replication, ie;
