When installing Tuxedo rolling patch (RP), it fails with follow error "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/sysman/oii/oiix/OiixPlatform"

Exported ORACLE_HOME and TUXDIR to correct path, however still RP installation failing with above error.
