Standalone Applications WebCenter Content Fail To Start With NoClassDefFoundError When Using ElasticSearch (Doc ID 2884921.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Content Server

When attempting to launch Stand Alone applications, the following error occurs.
The applets do work from the browser.
