When Configuring an Email Import Processor Job Using OAuth with SSO for Office365, Email Account Shows Verified but Later Switches to Failed
Customer selects the OAuth with Authorization Code Flow and enters the Client ID, Tenant ID, and Client Secret.
Then, adds the email account to the configuration. The process goes through the Single Sign-On page and completes. When the Console page appears again, the email account shows "verified" in green text.
Customer submits the job.
Then they go back into the Email Job -> Import Source Settings trainstop and the email account shows "failed" in red text.
