Symptoms
After upgrading Weblogic Plugin to version 12.2.1.3 or 12.2.1.4, it was noted that the plugin will not be loaded at startup. The same configuration used to work fine on 12.2.1.1
During the Apache server startup, the following error can be noticed in the logs
