• <render:getbloburl> is returning the 'query BlobServer URL' instead of 'Vanity URL'.
  
  Actual Behavior:
  
  http://{host:port}/sites/BlobServer?blobtable=MungoBlobs&blobwhere=1572234854639&blobkey=id&blobcol=urldata
  
  Expected Behavior:
  http://{host:port}/sites/avi/articleimage/dolphinwatchingarticleimage.png
  
  
  
• Issue exists in 12.2.1.4 BP6.

• WCS 11.1.1.8.0 version returns correct Vanity URL .
