Symptoms

Customer reports that a JMS bridge on WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3 processes messages slowly. Messages are applied to the JMS queue 10 at a time, but are produced more quickly than that, so a backlog of messages is building up on the producer side. No errors are seen in the logs.
