Managed Server Is Not Listening SSL After Configuring Custom Identity and Trust Key Store And BEA-002606 and BEA-090034 and BEA-090929 are Reported in the Server's Log (Doc ID 2887418.1)

Symptoms

After creating a new Identity Key Store and configuring WebLogic Server instance with Custom Identity and Custom Trust, the server is not reachable in SSL Port.

The server's log reports "<BEA-090929> <Unable to load key store [keyStoreType="jks", source="<Path>/<IdentityKeyStore>.jks", exception="java.io.FileNotFoundException", message="<Path>/<IdentityKeyStore>.jks (Permission denied)"]>" and "<BEA-002606> <The server is unable to create a server socket for listening on channel "DefaultSecure[iiops]". The address <IPAddress> might be incorrect or another process is using port <Port>: java.io.IOException: Failed to load identity keystore of type jks from file <Path>/<IdentityKeyStore>.jks on server ServerName>".
