Resume Service Does Not Work With CLOPT -S Option (Doc ID 2887716.1)

Symptoms

CLOPT -S option can boot application as suspended status. After changing it to resume status, it can see available on tmadmin command, but it still can not call with TPENOENT

ubbconfig:

"simpserv" SRVGRP="GROUP1" SRVID=1 CLOPT="-A -S"

 

After tmboot , TOUPPER is SUSPEND status and tpcall fails with TPENOENT as expected.

 After resuming service, tpcall still fails with TPENOENT

> resume -g GROUP1 -s TOUPPER
Service TOUPPER resumed (un-suspended) on 1 queue.
