Goal

Can ords.war be renamed so that the base URI for any resource served by ORDS will be something other than /ords?

For example, if you wanted to see URLs like:
https://server/apex/...
vs
https://server/ords/...
Can you simply rename ords.war to apex.war like in the previous ORDS versions?
