Symptoms

After upgrading from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) from 12.13 to 12.2.1.4, the number of Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) connections has significantly increased during Load Plan executions with external authentication enabled for ODI stand-alone agent. Once the number of LDAP connections reaches the "maxpool" limit set in the "adapters.os_xml", it stops functioning with below error:
