OAM Federated Logout Fails With System, Diagnostic Logs Show FED-15132 Unknown RefID (Doc ID 2889026.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.210701 version, Authentication Process

When attempting to logout through OAM centralized logout when OAM is configured as an SAML Identity Provider (IdP) a System Error is reported in the browser, and the following message appears in the OAM managed server diagnostic log:

During logout, a header trace will show redirects to an invalid location on the OAM server similar to http(s)://<OAM_SERVER_HOST>:<OAM_SERVER_PORT>/oamfed/user/?SAMLRequest=<SAML_MESSAGE>
