ADF Unified Viewer Not Opening The Image In The Task Viewer (Doc ID 2889870.1)

Symptoms

The ADF Unifier Viewer does not display the document in AXF Task Viewer.   If the Unified viewer is enabled with the ViewerAdfByDefault mBean setting when opening a task from the TaskList the Task viewer does not open the images and give a Nullpointer error.
