2FA authentication page just displays the question "Please choose your method", but there are no One Time Pin (OTP) method options.

• Oracle Access Manager (OAM)

• Second Factor Authentication (2FA)

• Adaptive Authentication is enabled in OAM

Steps to reproduce

• Access protected resource
• This brings up the OAM login page
• Enter username and password
• This brings up the 2FA Authentication page, which is were the issue is at. This page just displays the question "Please choose your method", but there are no method options given.

The expectation is that the 2FA authentication page to displays the question "Please choose your method" and provide the One Time Pin (OTP) method options.
