Accessing OAM Protected Applications Using OHS Fails with the Error "Failure of Web Server Bridge" (Doc ID 2890526.1)

Symptoms

When trying to access the OAM protected application using Oracle HTTP Server, it fails with the error " "failure of web server bridge" and the log file shows this

OHS and WebLogic(OAM) are on separate boxes and running "wget" to direct WebLogic port from OHS box also failed.
