SOA Approval for Composite Erroring out When Attaching File in OTM console by using Load Balancer URL (Doc ID 2890923.1)

Symptoms

Customer is unable to attach file while providing approval in OTM console when using load balancer URL.

Following error is seen in logs

<[composite_version: 1.1] [endpoint_name: ccimq] [OutboundDequeueProcessor] Queue : MQP.CIS.IN18.OIM.REPLY.Q1 is empty.>

<[composite_version: 1.1] [endpoint_name: ccimq] [OutboundDequeueProcessor] Could not get message from Queue : MQP.CIS.IN18.OIM.REPLY.Q1 >

<JCABinding=> DOMAIN: CPAccountWSConnector:ccimq [ EnqueueDequeue_ptt::EnqueueDequeue(request,response) ] Could not invoke operation 'EnqueueDequeue' against the 'mq' due to:

BINDING.JCA-13019

Error while dequeuing message.

Error while dequeuing message from Queue : "MQP.CIS.IN18.OIM.REPLY.Q1 ".

Please make sure that the Queue has message with specified match options.

at oracle.ods.virtualization.engine.chain.plugins.groupmembership.NestedGroupMembership.get(NestedGroupMembership.java:155)

If the attachment is linked directly to SOA without using the load balancer URL, it works fine.
