Custom Application is Working Inconsistently and Different Version of Cached Objects Used (Doc ID 2891320.1)

Symptoms

Based on the application logs below, it is found that in certain calls the value was set to be false. This value is fetched from the database and cached locally to the JVM.

Tried clearing the cache by individually going to the servers but still noticed the inconsistency. Not sure why the different versions of cached objects in servers are inconsistent.
