Symptoms
After applying the January 2022 OAM bundle patch (12.2.1.4.220113) users who remain at the login page for more than 15 minutes receive a System Error message. Prior to application of the patch, the RequestTimeout (which limits the login page idle time) had been set to 0, which makes the login page idle timeout unlimited.
