Goal

After Patching OUD/OAM/OIM with CPU January 2022 ( Patch was p33762787_122130_Linux-x86-64 ), User provisioning between OIM and OUD is not working for new users.

New users are not propagated to OUD.

The Create User task in SSO Target application is Rejected, not Completed.
