Failure to Apply The Latest Patch of WebLogic Due to OS Level Restriction Imposed on "/tmp" Directory (Doc ID 2891956.1)

Symptoms

The problem is due to permissions associated with the following script:

 install153xxx.sh

The above script is generated on the fly when the following command to upgrade OPatch is run:  java -jar ./6880880/opatch_generic.jar -silent oracle_home=/app/weblogic/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_Home
