OUD 12c - Log Publisher Property "log-connection-details" Stops Working after Restart (Doc ID 2892360.1)

Symptoms

By setting log-connection-details true for a log publisher, the log will show the hostname and port of the backend directory server in the s_conn field.

After restarting the OUD instance, s_conn no longer holds the hostname:port - it only shows a number.
