OUD 12c - Unable to View Base DN Using Apache Directory Studio (Doc ID 2892387.1)

Symptoms

Apache Directory Studio connection to OUD does not show the base DN.

We are running OUD 12c and having challenges retrieving data using LDAP browser (Apache Directory Studio).
The authentication works without any issues over the LDAPS protocol.

The access log is showing the connection getting closed instantly and no other errors are seen.
