Symptoms

After upgrading IBM JDK 1.8 b301 to JDK 1.8 b321, Forms fails to call Report by method "RUN_REPORT_OBJECT" on Forms&Reports 12.2.1.3.  The same method "RUN_REPORT_OBJECT" works on IBM JDK 1.8 b301 before upgrade.
