Last updated on AUGUST 31, 2022

Applies to:

Microsoft Windows x64 (64-bit)
Microsoft Windows (32-bit)

Goal

How to configure ESSO Logon Manager to inject the user ID in uppercase instead of the default lowercase?

The login for an application requires that the username be entered in upper case but the ESSO Logon Manager defaults to lower case when it injects the user ID automatically.

Please help to clarify default settings and identify the correct setting to change the case sensitivity of the credentials that get injected into an application. As of now for the application, the User has to enter the username in Upper Case manually during the login.
